Halloween is finally here

Is it finally Halloween? Is it really here? It feels we've been celebrating Halloween for a month already. And I suppose we have, from putting up decorations, painting pumpkins, shopping for a costume, carving pumpkins, purchasing candy, planning our Halloween party, making treat bags for school and decorations for the car, trunk-or-treating at school, and finally... having our party and trick-or-treating with friends in our neighborhood. Only would've wished for weather slightly above 40degrees, but it was a fun night with Henry, Stella, Molly, Bryce and Addison. Kayla won't be three forever and we won't be able to pull her and her friends in wagons with cute little costumes on forever so we are taking advantage of it while we can!

Our daughter loves Halloween and is very decisive and opinionated about her choice of costume. I'm sure its no coincidence that her father (and mother) love finding any excuse to dress up too! Kayla did make a last minute change Sunday morning with her costume, instead of being Little Mermaid Wedding Dress she decided to be just Little Mermaid (different dress, same hair). Now, let the candy hangover begin...
