Lemons into lemonade

What do you do when life hands you lemons, or in our case, a surprise snow/ice/wind & sleet storm on the third day of Spring? You make chocolate snow ice-cream! Kayla is probably the only one excited in this house to see snow on the ground again; now she can finally make a snowman with Daddy, which are what her plans are for the next three days.

I pay $5.99 for a container of Breyers fat free chocolate ice cream. It is soooooooo good but Kayla's version looks just as tasty and it's nearly free! She'll have to teach Aunt Sarah that one. :)
