Happy New Year!

We rang in the New Year, as we have for so many years past, with the Johnson's. Of the last eight years, we've celebrated five of them together. And of course in those eight years we've gone from zero kids to five girls! Kayla was so looking forward to having Sophie and Stella over, to playing in the fort and to having a sleepover. They played so well all night! We even all got to play their Wii that they brought with them! So glad to have such good friends to welcome 2012!

For most of the night the girls were dressed up in princess costumes; Sophia was Rapunzel, Stella was Belle and Kayla was Cinderella. Here though, the costumes were MIA.

After a short stint outside by the fire and on the playset, the girls warmed up with a cup of hot chocolate and watched a movie.
